Yukio Kobayashi has primarily focused on intellectual property related matters during his many years of practice as a patent/trademark attorney and has handled over 300 IP litigations, including infringement and revocation trial decisions.

Mr. Kobayashi has received numerous requests for lectures and training from the Japan Patent Attorneys Association and various corporate IP departments. He has also given presentations in foreign countries such as Korea, Germany, France, and the UK in recent years and is always warmly received.

Mr. Kobayashi aims to ensure that dedicated communication and speed of work, along with his policy of “one meeting instead of 100 emails” and “one phone call instead of 10 emails,” allows him to maximize time with clients.

Mr. Kobayashi is constantly striving to improve himself through voice training for speaking engagements and regular exercise.
